[Aerdiv15] AFB solicits input for "Agency of the Month" on their Senior Site

  Become the “Agency of the Month” on AFB Senior Site!
   
   
  Each month we would like to feature a different agency or organization on AFB Senior Site as the “Agency of the Month.”  We would like to invite you to participate.  As “Agency of the Month,” you will receive visibility for your services and, in turn,  provide useful information to the people who are visiting AFB Senior Site.  
   
  For the month that you are featured, we would work with you to create a page about your agency and the great work you do in the “finding help and support” section of AFB Senior Site. The page would include your logo, information about your services to seniors with vision loss, a heartwarming story about an older consumer whom you have served, and a picture that tells your story.
   
  In return, we would ask you to do the following:
   
  1.      Provide a useful tip that we could feature on the home page of AFB Senior Site and e-mail to our subscribers. In both cases, the tip would prominently acknowledge the Agency of the Month.
   
  2.      With our assistance, post and answer Senior Site Message board inquiries for the month. This would probably take no more than 2-4 hours of staff time a week and we hope that your consumers will get involved as well!
   
  We hope that you will consider our invitation.  We anticipate this opportunity will be positive for both of our organizations and will be helpful to the thousands of visitors to the site. 
   
  We plan to initiate the “Agency of the Month” feature in May 2008 and are trying to line up agencies several months in advance. We are excited to announce the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services OASIS program will be the first agency featured!
