[AERNet] Accessible color wheel

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where I can access a tactile representation of the color 
wheel, or at least what the conplementary colors are?

I already know the primary and secondary colors, I just want to know the 
complemntary colors.

Or if it isn't available, what companies are out there who would do this 
type of work?
