[AERNet] Accessible color wheel

Hi. I picture a cardboard circle, with raised "pie" segment lines, with
braille color labels in each segment. Using the analog-clock model:
The primary colors are red, yellow, and blue. This wheel can be
rotated, but the color relationships are constant. For now, we can make
red stay at 12 o'clock. Blue is at 4 o'clock. Yellow is at 8 o'clock.
Between each two primary colors comes a secondary color: Purple is
between red and blue, at about 2 o'clock. Green is between blue and
yellow, at 6 o'clock. Orange is between yellow and red, at 10 o'clock.
Complementary colors are opposite each other on this clock-circle. You
could draw straight lines between red and green (12 o'clock and 6
o'clock). Red and Green are complements of each other. Likewise, purple
and yellow are opposite each other on this clock-circle-color wheel,
and they are complements. Ditto orange and blue. There are further
gradations, probably infinite; but the rule of thumb is that, as the
spectrum develops, complementary colors always appear physically
opposite each other on the color wheel. Does this help?
