[AERNet] Braille tunes

[Morozwhite]

Dr. Jane Erin from the U of A gave us a Braille letter word song in grad
school that I have used for years.  I don't have it electronically, but if
interested I will type it up.  The song (itsy bitsy spider tune) goes like
this

 

A stands alone

And B is for but

C is for can and

D can do a lot.

E is every by itself

And f is from a friend

 

 

Both my academic students and MR kids loved to sing it, (I recorded them and
used it as a circle time activity when I was in a self contained classroom)
and I have found them humming the tune to remember the word!
