[AERNet] Cell Phones

I would like to hear privately from anyone on this list who is using an
accessible phone with Cingular?  If so, what model?  Is accessibility built
into the phone or are you using Mobile Speak or TALKS software?  My cell
phone is going out and I'm looking at phones.  I know Cingular is pushing
the Nokia 6620 with TALKS.  There is a list of other phones (mostly Nokia)
which may work with Mobil Speak or TALKS but the local stores do not seem to
have any of these in stock.
