[AERNet] Test New Free BackNem 2.0 Backtranslator for Nemeth Text and Math

Many of you were nice enough to send me samples for testing my first
backtranslator for Nemeth math.  The test results made me aware that there
wasn't much use for an application that couldn't handle both text and math
together.  It also made me aware that student-generated braille could have
errors and that I needed to do a significantly better job with error
detection.

I am now ready to alpha test BackNem 2.0 which backtranslates electronic
braille representing intermixed Nemeth text and math as well as EBAE text.
