[AERNet] guide dog and cane resources

All of this is easily found on the AFB web site, www.afb.org. On the  
home page, at the bottom is the section called "Where can I find ?"  
and dog guide training is in the list of the drop down menu. Click on  
it, and 19 of training schools come up, listed by state.
