I tend to use the Skills Inventory section of the Oregon Project when writing my therapy goals & benchmarks for young and/or multiply disabled students. Maybe something similar would work for you. Also, is repetition really such a bad thing? With some of my severe and profound kids, I've found that doing a series of similar activities (e.g rolling a ball, rolling a ball to hit a target, etc.) is easier for them and allows them more success than doing a wide variety of activities. Just a thought.

I have a difficult time writing appropriate goals for students who are
multi-impaired and have very limited motor skills. It is hard to come up
with good goals that are not repetitive when you have such a student year
after year. Does anyone have any suggestions? I wish there was a book
similar to TAPS for TVI.
Thanks!
