[AERNet] JAWS problem

Hi. We recently installed JAWS 7.10 and when using it with Internet Explorer, not the newest IE, it seems to only be reading in columns or single words, according to my student. Now, he may have changed a setting or something and not remember, but I need to get it back to "normal." Any help would be appreciated!
