[AERNet] Acronyms

[R. Chin]

Here's a copy of a newsletter in .pdf. "Cathy Smyth, TSVI" is on the first paragraph on page 29 of this 35 page newsletter.  I am not sure what the acroynyms represent. Teacher Support or Specialist for the Visually Impaired?
