[AERNet] 19 ways permission to use

It is copyrighted material, so I assume you'll have to write to  
request permission to reprint/distribute it, even if you cite it.  
Generally, permission is granted with no problem, but it also helps  
the publisher know who is using material, and how it's being used.  
And that way you can put "reprinted with permission from . . ." which  
also tells people where it came from.
That's the usual way, I think????
