[AERNet] Braille alphabet cards

You can get alphabet cards from NFB, APH, and AFB.  The price, 
content and presentation varies considerably.  I get mine from APH

in austin, where a bleak, misty day is good news in our 
drought-blighted area.  (However, our drought is naught compared to 
the drought we've witnessed in Australia, where some community 
reservoirs are down to less than 10% of capacity.)
