[AERNet] Looking for deaf-blind program in Philadelphia

Hi everyone!  I met a man at the Penn-Del AER chapter conference who is 
heading a new program for adults who are deaf-blind in the Philadelphia 
area, and can't find his contact info.  Can someone help me find him or 
someone from that program please?  Thanks!
