[AERNet] Braille reading rates of adults who read Braille

Selectively picking out data is certainly not a good idea. I've looked at a 
number of reports and articles on braille reading and speed, and objectively 
the data are all over the map. Depending on the age, onset of vision loss, 
and other variables, the numbers show a wide range. You can find numbers 
from around 60 wpm to hundred of wpm. I think the point is that a statement 
saying that braille users read at 60 words per minute is not true. 
Statements that give us something reliable need to be qualified with 
additional information.
