Hello,
   I have a student diagnosed with chorioretinitis.  The eye report
reads as CMV chorioretinitis.  Would anyone know what the initials
CMV stand for as well as HM as an accuity reading for the left eye?
Eye reports are usually an enigma for vision teachers.
