[AERNet] Asking the collective brain for help once again

Hi Listers:
 
This is Maureen Duffy, Editorial Director of VisionAWARE.org.
 
Since everyone has been consistently and amazingly helpful whenever I post  a 
question or request, I am asking yet another service-related question, this  
time in the area of Conway, South Carolina.
 
Our web site frequently receives "cries for help" from families of clients,  
and when I receive such a request, I do my best to assemble resources that 
will  help the family.  In this case, the request came from the  daughter-in-law 
of an adult male who became totally blind after  surgery.
 
I'm not familiar with services in SC, so could anyone give me contact  
information (a person) who could help me with state and local  services, especially 
in VRT and O&M?
