It is wonderful to see the listserv up and running. I hope the Division will
work toward achieving its mission and vision worldwide.

My first request is for info on grants  for blindness or special ed related
projects that can be implemented in low- and middle-income countries.
Certainly (and for obvious reasons), donors are cutting back and/or pulling
out of these countries.

If there are still grants available, kindly post to the list.
