Hi All

I am being asked by my employer to voluntarily go back to F2F service in
clients' homes. I am looking for resources on how people who are already
doing this, are doing it safely. What protocols and procedures are they
following? What training have they had, if any, in infectious disease
control and prevention? What PPEs are they using (e.g. cloth v n95 masks)?
How are they coping with the diversity of home environments (e.g. small ,
enclosed, and poorly ventilated spaces)? Are they adhering to any sort of
time constraint? What about cross-contamination from others in the homes or
health care providers who may have preceded your visit? What about
decontamination of equipment? Are they scheduling multiple clients on a
single day and if so how are they ensuring that they are "clean" when they
go from one client to another (e.g. are they wearing disposable paper
gowns?) How are they decontaminating their vehicles? And so on.

Thanks

Bill
