Attached is an article I copied and pasted from today's (12/9/16) NY Times on Andrew Puzder, President-elect Trump's nominee to administer the Dept. of Labor (DOL). Note Mr. Puzder's thinking on raising the minimum wage to $15/hr. (he appears to favor raising the wage, but not so high as it would be damaging to small business). I wonder what his and the DOL's approach will be to the sub-minimum wage issue and other aspects of WIOA (Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act) which includes Title V, the Rehabilitation Act?
