Does any one know why it has been difficult in recent months to get someone in Perkins School for the Blind to return phone calls?
The school seems to be decreasing its international visibility from the days of Edward Waterhouse, Larry Campbell, etc.?

I would try to reach Michael Delaney the Director of the International
Program. You should ask for him when you call the Perkins number. Hope
