Dear Committee,

Since not enough of you could make the proposed April 19 meeting and since
the next Board meeting begins on April 20, I'd like to propose we meet on
Thursday, April 12 at 6:00 Eastern, 5:00 Central. This will provide us an
opportunity to brainstorm about the Committee's role in AER and make
suggestions to Lou and Janie. Please let me know if this date/time works for
you. Please also get in touch with either myself or Lou if you are
interested in the Chair position.
