Thanks in advance for your help! * The NIMAC seeks to contract with 1-2 skilled transcribers to provide webinar-based training in the use of NIMAS to produce embossed braille textbooks. * We will offer two series of trainings, one for Duxbury users and another for Braille 2000 users. Trainers are welcome to submit a proposal to provide one or both series. * We are accepting proposals from now until January 10, 2022. * The transcriber training will be offered via webinar, free of charge, in Spring 2022. * This is a paid opportunity for the selected trainer(s). The budget ceiling is $10,000 per course (or a total of $20,000). * We invite skilled textbook transcribers to consider this opportunity and submit a proposal.
