HI Everyone,

Please share this incredible opportunity with anyone who might be interested!

Thanks!
Diane

Do you know students who are interested in STEM fields?  NC State offers an amazing array of camps, including Engineering camps for high school students.  The June 19 session is specifically for students with visual impairments that are interested in Engineering and/or STEM fields.  The NC Division of Services for the Blind will cover the costs for qualified students in NC!  Other states have similar transition/adult agencies who will sponsor students with visual impairments and blindness.

Read on for details about the DSB scholarships and more details about this camp!

Through this program, students have gained a lot of insight and experience that will help them in any career they choose to pursue.  To obtain more information about the Transition Program through Services for the Blind and their support of the Engineering Camp for Students with VIB at the NCSU College of Engineering, please contact Avis Chandler, DSB-VR Specialist for Transition at (919)527-6754 <> oravis.chandler@dhhs.nc.gov mailto:avis.chandler@dhhs.nc.gov for more information.
