Dear Administration Division colleagues: As your incoming Division Chair, I want to be the first to welcome you to Little Rock, Arkansas and this year's AER International Conference. I hope you will agree that the Program Committee has put together an excellent and varied program. I want to especially alert you to two items in our Division program: First, at our Division Reception on Thursday, July 22, 7:00-8:00 pm, we will introduce your new Division officers for 2010-2012. Come and tell us what you expect from your membership in the Administration Division and share some light dessert with us. On Saturday afternoon, July 24, starting at 1:45 pm in the Petit Jean room, yours truly and Roxann Mayros (CEO of VisionServe Alliance) will conduct this year's Division Education session focusing on leadership development. The session is entitled From "Doer" TO Manager. Towards the end of this session, we will discuss the Division's plan for promoting leadership development activities on a regional level during the next two years. If you are coming to Little rock, make sure you introduce yourself and become involved with your Administration Division. See you in a couple of days.
