The following Notice Inviting Applications (NIA) posted in the Federal Register on February 9th:

From the NIA: “The purpose of this priority is to fund a cooperative agreement to establish and operate a Center that will provide free educational materials, including textbooks, in fully accessible media for eligible children and students enrolled in early intervention, preschool, elementary, and secondary schools, and eligible students enrolled in postsecondary schools.”

  • Deadline for Transmittal of Applications: April 11, 2022.
  • Pre-Application Webinar Information: No later than 5 days after date of publication in the Federal Register, the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) will post details on pre-recorded informational webinars designed to provide technical assistance to interested applicants.
