Hello colleagues, we have heard from many of you who have experience or
insights regarding services to individuals with VI in the correctional
system. Thank you!

We are now ready for a second round of interviews so that we can include as
many perspectives as possible in our study.

Please contact us privately at FPerla@Salus.edu if you have provided
services to this population or can refer us to other:

  • service providers (O&M, TVI, VRT, LVT) with experience with inmates with
    VI

  • lawyers and inmate advocates

  • family members of incarcerated individuals with VI

  • correctional administrators/officers with experience with this population

  • former inmates with VI (i.e., returning citizens)

We are learning a lot from talking to our colleagues and cannot wait to
share our findings with the field at the end of the study!

Thank you for your support,

Fabiana Perla and Francesca Crozier-Fitzgerald
