Hi TVIs!

For the 2018-2019 school year do you have a student who is doing math at the 6th to 7th grade level who can benefit from systematic instruction in using graphics to gather information to solve math problems?  As a TVI, are you looking for strategies to teach your students, so they are efficient consumers of graphics?

If you said "yes" to the above questions, than this opportunity is for you and your student!!  The AnimalWatch Vi: Building Graphics Literacy project has developed a TVI curriculum and accompanying iPad app to support students in building their graphics literacy skills.  Students will complete 10 lessons during the 2018-2019 school year.  The attached flyer provides more information.
Want to learn more?  Please email Dr. L. Penny Rosenblum at rosenblu@U.arizona.edumailto:rosenblu@U.arizona.edu or call her at 520-621-1223.  Don't miss out on this great opportunity!
Penny

p.s. You can download for FREE the iPad app, AnimalWatch Vi Suite created in our previous project. I've attached the flyer for this too.
