Does anyone know of a resource for yoga instructional videos for visually impaired (must have fully described actions/poses).

Coming from the perspective of a totally blind guy who practices Yoga, I'm a big fan of the Blind Yoga Instructional series that my company resells. Check out: http://blindyoga.net/flying-blind/ I prefer to practice in a studio with others, but this is a fairly relaxed, non-threatening, informative way for a vision impaired, aspiring Yogi to grasp body mechanics and incorporate various postures into their practice in a safe and accurate manner. BlindAlive.com offers good "eyes free" fitness workouts that are fairly affordable. They offer yoga, cardio, and Pilates and other workouts. The tutorials are all audio and have been created specifically for people who are blind or visually impaired, so they are very good at describing the different movements. You can listen to short samples of the different workouts on their website to see if they might work for you.
