Yes! RSA and OSEP Funding is gone - none on the horizon! No RSA in the last
two years. This is not a new problem. This is the 11th hour.

Can anyone tell me whether the Vision Rehabilitation community is concerned
at all that there has been no RFP for VRT Personnel Preparation for the past
two years and none in sight in future? This means that the remaining 3-4
university programs will no longer offer tuition support to students and a
high probability that most if not all of those remaining programs will fold
eventually.

Is anyone concerned that VRTs may no longer be prepared at a University?
