My name is Eric Hicks and I am a graduate student at Virginia Commonwealth
University. I am inviting people with vision impairments as well as
professionals who provide services to people with vision impairments to
participate in my survey. I am studying their potential use of technology,
like Skype and Facetime, to enhance in-person services they receive or
provide.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. If you choose to be in this
study, I will need you to respond to an ANONYMOUS ONLINE SURVEY that will
require between 15 - 20 minutes of your time. The survey link is:

• People with vision impairments
• Ophthalmologists
• Optometrists
• Low vision therapists
• Rehabilitation counselors
• Orientation and mobility specialists
