Hello all, and happy new year!...or as was mistyped in braille on a greeting card I got a year ago, "Happy New You!" What a difference a year makes, huh? As I begin my first week serving as the Director of Public Policy for the National Disability Institute (NDI), I'm wishing all of you a happy and prosperous 2019. If you're not familiar with NDI's work, I hope in time to change that; NDI is all about advancing the economic self-sufficiency of all people with disabilities. And, along with this new day-job, I'm looking forward to letting you know about an exciting and challenging new business venture that I hope to launch very soon, so stay tuned for that.
