As most of you know the solar eclipse is coming up on Aug 21, taking a path across the U. S. from the northwest and exiting the southeast. Watching it is totally cool but we as vision educators are always concerned about eye health. To view things properly, glasses worn should have the ISO number 12312-2 on them. This number was assigned in 2015 so glasses older than that may not be appropriate. Each state has a NASA Center assigned to it and may be able to provide glasses for you.
