Hi Vision Colleagues,
Sarah Ivy and I have been collaborating to continue the work by Ellen Trief on tangible symbol sets and to support Adaptive Design Association, which manufactures the symbols in New York City.
Would you please share with your networks of teachers, providers and families?

Thank you!
Beth

For this survey, tangible symbols are objects or textures used with communicative intent. Objects may or may not be fixed to a symbol backing, may be whole objects, partial, or associated objects, or may be object symbols created with a 3-d printer. Individuals may access tangible symbols primarily through touch, vision, or other sense. For this survey, we do not consider pictures or photographs to be tangible symbols.

Please forward to all who may be interested.
