Hi everyone!  We think you’ll be surprised and delighted with the fantastic selection at the SOMA conference in Tampa, Florida December 8-11, 2018.

SCHEDULE AVAILABLE – SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!
We just posted the schedule of sessions -- check it out!

There are presentations with ideas to take home and apply to your practice, as well as issues that affect our profession and sessions explaining what’s new in the field of O&M.  Lots of the presentations are regarding children, as well as new or innovative programs; guide dogs; street-crossing; recreation; and more!    Click here for a list of all the sessions.

FEWER CONFLICTS!
We are particularly excited that, for the first time since our 1997 conference in New Orleans, presentations will be repeated.  That will allow you to choose two out of each set of concurrent sessions, rather than having to choose one and miss the others!
a.. How does this work? The schedule has 7 Concurrent Session Groups.  Each Concurrent Session Group has two time slots. One session in each of those slots is not repeated, so if you want to attend that session, you'll have to do it at that time. The rest of the presentations are repeated, so you can take them either time.
MORE TO COME:
We are finalizing plans for a general session that will be sure to get you thinking, and are also adding a few more events to the conference.  I’ll send you another announcement when that is ready.

For more information or to be updated, go to our SOMA website.  Enjoy!
