We are beginning to recruit for fall courses that will begin on Monday,
October 12. We will be repeating the course, “An Introduction to Nemeth
Code Symbols Used in Grades 2-5 and Strategies for Supporting Elementary
Students in Building Math Skills.”
In addition, we will be offering a second course, “Nemeth Code Symbols for
Fractions and Spatial Problems, Instructional Tools, Materials, and
Technology.” This course includes lessons about using an abacus, other
instructional tools and materials, technology skills that support digital
math concepts, fractions, mixed numbers, long division, and a variety of
spatial problems.
Both courses are available at no cost and will be online. Please see the
attached flyer for information about the courses and the link to the online
sign up form.
