Deputy Commissioner, Rehabilitation Services Administration

The Deputy Commissioner works closely with the Commissioner for RSA and the Assistant Secretary for OSERS. RSA is comprised of two major divisions and is responsible for administering more than a $3.7 billion budget, which includes numerous discretionary grant programs and awards.  RSA provides leadership and resources to assist state and other agencies in providing vocational rehabilitation and other services to individuals with disabilities to maximize their employment, independence, and integration into the community and competitive labor.
