Hi Colleagues, I hope for those of you in schools, that your school year is ending well. I know it's time to clean out closets for some of you, so I thought I'd ask a favor. A few weeks ago I put up a little free library at our home. I want to put in print-braille books to raise awareness. Other stewards are telling me not to plan on the books coming back so I thought I'd reach out and ask for donations of twin vision or children's books you've added braille to that are no longer needed. EBAE is just fine! I've attached two handouts. The first explains what little free libraries are and has a picture of my library. (FYI I bid on the library through an auction Southwest Human Development in Phoenix had to raise funds for their early literacy program.) The second handout is one I will put in each print-braille book to raise awareness. If you have a donation, let me know and I will provide my mailing address. Please email me off list.
