University O&M Program Survey on Canes

Dear All:

The Professional Issues Committee on Support Canes of the Orientation
and Mobility Division would greatly appreciate your assistance with this
voluntary questionnaire.  We are seeking the assistance of individuals
involved in academia and personnel preparation programs.

Your replies will help guide the committee members as we move forward to
determine the need for a position paper on this topic. Please share with
interested parties in the field and complete the survey by September
17th, 2019.

JoAnne, is this just for university program personnel?  I went to do the
survey but I think it's asking about my university program policy, right?
So it's not for us practitioners to fill out, right?
