Ennis School in Georgetown, Delaware. A tether is the string that connects a blind athlete to their guide runner in running, swimming, and multi-sport events. The goal of the Tether Conference is to provide educators, professionals, parents, and self-advocates with the tools necessary to connect students with visual impairments and multiple disabilities to high-quality physical activity programs in their schools and communities.
